Terms
These terms cover using Cuadrito and buying Pro. Using the app means you accept them. They are written to be read, so they are short.
What Cuadrito is
An app that arranges your photos into story and carousel layouts and saves the finished slides back to your device. It runs on your phone or in your browser. It is made and run by one person.
Your photos and your slides stay yours
Cuadrito claims nothing over the photos you put into it or the slides you make with it. No licence is asked for and none is given, because the photos never reach us. Read the privacy policy for what does and does not leave the device.
You are responsible for having the right to use the photos you arrange, and for what you post. Backgrounds and stickers searched from inside the app come from other services and carry their own terms.
What you may do with the app
Use it, personally or for your own business, on as many of your own devices as you like. Do not resell it, take it apart to rebuild it as something else, or work around the parts that Pro pays for. Cuadrito stays ours; what you make with it stays yours.
Buying Pro
Prices are on the pricing page, in US dollars, shown before tax.
- Bought through the App Store. Apple takes the payment and Apple's own terms apply to it. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
- Bought on the web. Stripe takes the payment and acts as the seller of record. Tax is added at checkout. Manage or cancel through the link on your receipt.
- The yearly plan renews once a year at the price then published, until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves Pro standing until the end of the year you already paid for.
- If a price changes, the new one applies to renewals after it, never to a year already paid for, and you are told before it takes effect.
You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 18, to buy.
Your access to Pro
Pro is for you. On the web it is tied to the email address you paid with and can be used on up to three devices at once; signing in on a fourth retires the one used longest ago. Sharing your access with other people is the one thing that will get it withdrawn.
What is not promised
Cuadrito is provided as it is. It is not promised to be free of faults, available without interruption, or fit for any particular purpose, and a layout it produces is not promised to suit any particular use. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you.
Where the law allows a limit, what you can recover is capped at what you paid in the twelve months before the problem. Nothing here limits anything that cannot legally be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ending it
You can stop using Cuadrito at any time, and delete the app and your projects with it. Pro can be withdrawn for the sharing described above, for a chargeback, or where the law requires it, and a refund in that case follows the refunds page.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, United States, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer somewhere else, this does not take away the protections your own country gives you.
Changes
If these terms change, this page changes with them and the date below moves. A change that affects what you already paid for will not be applied to it.
Getting in touch
Use the report link on the app's front page, and leave an email if you want an answer back.
